situated on the Prestigious Fairway Oaks Estate, Located within the
championship Links golf course, Hudson, Gulf Coast, Florida.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped to high standards.

Has free wirless broadband internet connection, free calls throughout the
U.S.A. and Canada and is within comfortable reach of all the main
attractions.

The local Hudson beach is only 2 or 3 minutes drive with the famous Sams bar serving cocktails as the sun sets over the Gulf. Other beautiful beaches include Clearwater and St. Pete to the south and Pine Island just north with far too many to mention in between. Shopping malls & restaurants are a short drive Walmart, Kmart and Target are the discount stores 5 mins. The Gulf View all is 10 mins drive with 3 department stores and loads of other stores to spend your money.
The villa includes your own private screened, solar heated swimming
pool and patio area, complete with 6 sunloungers, patio table &
chairs with outdoor ceiling fan. There is patio and pool lighting
for those beautiful warm evenings dining or just relaxing around the
pool listening to the cicadas.
The recently installed pool water heater is offered at an extra weekly
cost of $75.00. This will give a more precise temperature in the pool during the winter months and is set at 85 degrees
The villa sleeps six.

The master bedroom has a queensize, pillowtop bed, loveseat, slimline tv and
ceiling fan.  The ensuite bathroom has twin vanity units, a walk-in
shower and seperate bath.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds and share the second bathroom.

There is a formal lounge and dining room, plus a large family room
with another dining area.  There is a new LCD/HD cable television plus
a seperate dvd/vcr player.
All telephone calls throughout the U.S.A. and Canada are free.
International calls will require a phone card.There is also Internet
connection.
The formal lounge, Family room and Master bedroom, all have patio
doors leading out to the screened area where the pool is located

The nearest supermarket, cafe, hairdressers, garages, pharmacy,
cleaners, off licence,etc.are within walking distance and The Links
clubhouse is two minutes away. The local beach and famous Sam's Bar
are a couple of minutes minutes by car.
A wide range of restaurants and the Gulf View shopping mall are ten
minutes away.
Clearwater, Tampa(Busch Gdns etc.) and St Petersburg are 30-50
minutes drive, whilst the attractions of Orlando are only 80 miles .

Vacation Rental Rates

$800.00(450.00 pounds) PER WEEK

If you would like to book our wonderfull villa, we would require a
booking fee of £100 pounds stirling or $170.00,

with the balance eight weeks before arrival.

Plus a refundable security deposit of £100 pounds,or $170.dollars.
This is returned to you within seven days of departure.
